30-Day Return Policy:

Not sactisfying: lingeriewholesales values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). gloves and stockings must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. Please ensure that you didn't wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged and Defective Items:  You can return to us for refund or exchange, and we will bear the shipping fee.

Missing Items: After confirming with our warehouse system that we did miss send the item, we will send goods to you again, or refund money to you, or send the missing item in your next order! 

Wrong Items: If confirmed to be our fault, we will pay to ship back the wrong items and we will send you the correct one upon receipt.
(note:  If had Slight color mismatches between the color of your item (maybe the settings of computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website) and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us online or send email to our customer service.)

 

Procedure for Returns:

Please complete the form and include it the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Procedure for Exchanges:

Please complete the form and include it with the item(s) you are returning. Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Return Address:

  Upon approve of your return request, we will give you our warehouse return address. Please do not return to our factory address as we don't have the handling staff.
